The Mediterranean Sea Basin Programme is part of the cross-border cooperation component within the new European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument (ENPI). The Region of Sardinia has been designated as Joint Managing Authority by the participating Countries.
The general objective of the Programme is to contribute to promoting a sustainable and harmonious cooperation process at the Mediterranean Basin level by dealing with the common issues and enhancing its endogenous potential.
